Calm and Clarity for Teachers

January 7 - January 25


Winter can be a difficult time both physically and emotionally.  I remember how difficult it can be and I care about your wellness during these dark, cold months.

​This 3 week group course gives you simple, practical tools to maintain your physical, emotional, and mental health through mindfulness and meditation. You’ll gain practical techniques that can be used any time of the year and in any place – including outside of school. You’ll also have unlimited access to the course materials so you can use them again and again.

Each week contains:

  • A specific focus (see below)
  • A guided mind training technique to build calm and clarity
  • Precise instructions for weaving mindfulness into your school life
  • A printable checklist to help you put the week’s content into action
  • A Skype session to check in with other group members and have any questions answered

Topics are as follows:

  • Week 1: Setting positive intentions and reconnecting with calm
  • Week 2: Transforming strong emotions and responding to conflict
  • Week 3:  Mindfully reconnecting with calm and clarity anywhere in a school
