Discover a life of less stress, less pressure, and less pain. 

On this 4 week distance course, you’ll empower yourself with simple ways to overcome the stress, pressure, and pain in your life.

  • You’ll learn how to start meditating correctly
  • You’ll become skillful in 2 simple meditations for calm, focus, and fearlessness when life gets difficult.
  • You’ll learn how to be more than stress and pain
  • Your questions will be answered and you’ll know exactly what to do.

No prior experience or specific faith needed, just a desire to be more grounded and calm – like a mountain.

The Specifics

  • We’ll meet for 4 Sunday evening sessions from 7:30pm-9pm EST, starting on October 6th and ending on October 29th
