On this 4 week Skype course, you’ll experience how mindfulness and meditation can empower you to overcome the stress, pressure, and pain in your life.
You will become skillful in 2 simple meditations for calm, focus, and fearlessness when life gets difficult.
No prior experience or specific faith needed, just a desire to be more grounded and calm – like a mountain.
- We’ll meet for 4 Sunday evening sessions from 7:30pm-9pm EST, starting on October 6th and ending on October 29th
- You’ll sharpen your meditation skills with specific guidance directly from a trained, certified Zen meditation teacher.
